Breakfast with an Executive: Freddy Williams
Freddy Williams is a Florida native and proud Boys & Girls Club alum. Since 2016, he has served as President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast, expanding its reach to become one of the nation’s fastest-growing affiliates. In 2023, he also became President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay, overseeing 42 locations serving over 3,000 youth daily across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties. He is also Chairman of the National Board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Professional Association. Previously, Freddy held leadership roles with Clubs in Lake and Alachua Counties and worked as a political strategist and program consultant for United Way, collaborating with Harvard on education strategies. Freddy also serves on the Forbes Nonprofit Council, the CEO Council of Tampa Bay, and boards for the Pinellas Community Foundation and St. Petersburg Chamber. In 2024, he was named to the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Power 100 list. He lives in St. Petersburg with his wife, Melissa, a local attorney, and their three children. Business Connection Luncheon: Jim Howard
Jim Howard brings a wealth of knowledge in educating, preparing, and empowering people and churches across the country on how to protect their families, with an emphasis on expanding the Kingdom of God. This journey began in 1970 when Jim’s father shot and killed a deacon in the church parking lot after a Sunday night service. Jim gained his expertise from 38 years in law enforcement and 15 years as a church safety expert. Jim currently resides in Trinity, FL, with his wife Wendy and their two daughters, Jessica and Jaycee.
